À Professional Corporation Counsellors at Law Sidorovich and Partners was founded in 30 of March 2001 in Lviv.

The special distinctive feature of our Company - we try to maintain, but not simply to render, our clients the appropriate lawyer services, and to help them to reach new tops in their business, whether to prove economically and legally the offered variants of that or another direction of activity to take part in the organisation questions of manufacture, construction of internal work. Performing the certain work, in common we plan our actions obviously for some steps forward. Only thus, in our opinion, it is possible to reach the success in work of lawyers and their clients.

Concerning directions of granting services - the basic from them are the economic right, protection of client's interests in courts, representation of clients in the state organisations, the tax right and tax planning, the civil Law, optimisation of patterns of ownership and economic activities, the corporate right, security papers, the antimonopoly Law, the copyright and labour Law. Besides this, we propose services to attend organisations in the state of bankruptcy and consolidate the interests of creditors in the bankruptcy statement, in particular propose services of arbitration manager. Besides this, we have started to deepen the further development of granting of services in the field of contractual maintenance of use objects of the intellectual property, including specific objects.

At occurrence of questions which demand special knowledge, our company co-operates with the auditor company, co-operation with which is time tested.

With condition for May, 2002 at the Company it is occupied 9 workers.
